From the Cotton Field - to the Board Room. This is the guiding mantra for the two Founders of Tru-Spot Technologies, whose grandfathers were sharecroppers on the same farmland. A life passed down to our parents until they’re young adult years and demanded picking 100 pounds of cotton by midday, and then another 100 pounds before sunset.

With each pricked finger from the cotton stalk, and the ache and pain of a well-worn back dragging a weighted cotton sack down a dusty row, prayers abounded for a better life for the next generation. Click play to see this inspiring short film.
